Refund & Cancellation

The Try Digital plan lets you experience GrowStack for free. Here's how it works:

• No payment required for the first 60 days
• Cancel anytime within 60 days — you owe absolutely nothing
• If you continue after 60 days, monthly billing of Rs.999 begins automatically
• After billing starts, you can still cancel anytime (see monthly plan rules below)
• Domain charges excluded: Domain registration (Rs.500-1,500/year) is paid separately and is registered in YOUR name — you own it regardless of whether you continue with GrowStack

Zero risk. If it's not for you, just let us know and walk away. The only cost is domain registration, which you keep forever.

This applies to Get Found (Rs.1,499/mo), Get Leads (Rs.2,999/mo), Run Smarter (Rs.5,999/mo), Grow Faster (Rs.11,999/mo), and Build Your Way (Rs.19,999/mo).

• 14-day free trial: Get Found, Get Leads, Run Smarter, and Grow Faster come with a 14-day free trial. Cancel within 14 days and you won't be charged.
• Cancel anytime: After the trial, you can cancel before your next billing cycle. No questions asked.
• No partial-month refunds: If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of that billing period. We don't issue refunds for unused days.
• 30-day data access: After cancellation, you'll have 30 days to download or export your data before we remove it from our systems.

This applies to one-time purchases of Get Found (Rs.14,999), Get Leads (Rs.29,999), Run Smarter (Rs.79,999), Grow Faster (Rs.1,49,999), and Build Your Way (Rs.2,99,999).

Payment structure: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.

• Before work starts: 100% refund of the upfront payment. No deductions.
• During development: Pro-rata refund based on work completed. We'll share a clear breakdown of what's been done and the corresponding cost.
• After delivery: No refund once the final deliverables are handed over and the second payment is made. At this point, you own the source code and all project files.

We always try to resolve issues before it comes to a refund. If something isn't right with your project, tell us — we'll fix it.

If you've purchased an AMC for ongoing support and maintenance:

• Cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund (minus any support hours already used)
• After 30 days, a pro-rata refund applies based on remaining months
• No refund for the current month once support has been provided

Requesting a refund is simple. Just reach out to us through either channel:

Include your name, plan name, and reason for the refund. We'll acknowledge your request within 24 hours.

Once a refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, etc.)
• You'll receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated

If you don't see the refund after 10 business days, contact us and we'll sort it out.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Domain name registration fees (domains are registered through third-party providers and cannot be reversed)
• Third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
• Premium hosting charges paid to external providers
• Custom work or add-ons that have already been delivered and approved

We'll always let you know upfront if something is non-refundable before you pay for it.
