By using the GrowStack website (growstacksolution.in) or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with something, please reach out to us before proceeding — we're happy to clarify.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of GrowStack.
GrowStack offers digital solutions for Indian businesses, including:

We offer the following plans:

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing — but any price change will not affect ongoing contracts.
One-time plans: 50% upfront before work begins, and the remaining 50% on delivery.
Monthly plans: Billed at the start of each billing cycle. The first charge happens after the free trial period (if applicable).
Try Digital: No payment for the first 60 days. Monthly billing of Rs.999 begins from day 61. Cancel anytime within 60 days and you owe nothing.
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other standard payment methods. All payment details will be shared during onboarding.
Once the project is fully delivered and all payments are complete, you (the client) own the source code and all deliverables. You're free to use, modify, and host it however you like.
Until full payment is received, GrowStack retains ownership of all work product.
We may showcase the project in our portfolio (on our website and social media) unless you specifically ask us not to.
Monthly plans: You can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
One-time plans: If you cancel before work starts, you get a full refund. If work is in progress, a pro-rata deduction applies based on work completed. No refund after final delivery.
Scope changes: If you need features beyond the original agreement, we'll discuss the additional cost and timeline before proceeding. No surprise charges — ever.

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you've paid us for that specific project or plan.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We always prefer to resolve disagreements through honest conversation first. If something doesn't feel right, just talk to us.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll notify active clients via email or WhatsApp.
Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
